We may refund the Entry Fee if we find an error in the Services provided by ourselves, provided that the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation by 13cardsrummy.

Before participating in any Rummy Game or Contest, please read the rules

Normally, we don't cancel registrations once they are entered; however, in the unlikely event of exceptional circumstances, where the fault lies with the payment gateway or with us, we will cancel your participation upon your request and refund the Entry Fee to you within a reasonable amount of time.

We will return to you your Entry Fee if we need to cancel your participation in any Rummy Game or Contest due to this reason. You can then redeem the same by playing other Contests on 13cardsrummy.

The refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, if you paid by credit card. If you paid through a payment gateway, the refunds will be issued to the same account as the original purchase.
